I need cocktail-naming help!
After some trial & error I finally managed to pull a cocktail together with this crazy awesome petite baby rhubarb that Chef got for me. The drink itself is very much in the style of an apertif - not incredibly alcoholic & definitely palate cleansing. The rhubarb shows beautifully on the back end of the drink with a tart, slightly tannic note. BUT IT NEEDS A NAME - HELP? 2 oz SloeBerry...
